What are “cookies” and what are they used for?

The processing is carried out with automated tools by the LUCID. In relation to technical cookies, no dissemination or communication is carried out.

Technical cookies do not require the User’s consent, as they are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.
Analytical, tracking/marketing and functionality cookies are not necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and therefore may not be activated through the cookie banner.
Duration of cookies

Communication and Dissemination of Data
LUCID may transfer the User’s personal data to third parties qualified as data processors or data controllers to carry out technical or commercial operations necessary to perform the services related to the best management of the site (e.g. IT service providers). In such cases, the communication of data is essential to meet contractual commitments and to improve the performance of the site. LUCID is committed through data processing agreements to ensure that those responsible handles the data appropriately and securely. The User may request a list of data processors using LUCID’s email above. In addition, LUCID may be required to share User’s personal data when required by law or public authority order or to protect its own right or the right of a third party.
The above data are not disclosed to third parties, there is no dissemination or even profiling, except as mentioned in the cookies section.
Transfer of personal data abroad
